Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in public health, adult education, community development or other field related to Peace Corps programming;
• 4 years progressively responsible experience in training management and delivery,
for trainees from a variety of backgrounds;
• Demonstrated experience teaching adults and knowledge of adult education techniques, gender analysis, community analysis and project and training management;
• Language: fluent written and spoken English and Swahili;
• Ability to develop lesson plans, facilitate training sessions and workshops, and organize length training courses;
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (including MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint) required;
• Ability to pass U.S. Embassy background security check;

Responsibilities
Coordinating with staff on training components of various training events.
• Working with all staff to provide quality training for Volunteers and their Tanzanian
coworkers.
• Providing professional guidance, ensuring quality of training content and delivery,
assessing and documenting training outcomes, and motivating and maintaining
open communication to improve the monitoring and evaluation of training
throughout a Volunteer's service.
