Under the direct supervision of WHO/WFP Project Coordinator and the overall supervision of WFP Joint Operation Support of Administration Section, the incumbent will perform the following duties: Office Support  Supervise the maintenance of all office and work environments in the office equipment. o All premises are maintained clean, in good physical conditions, and provide a safe working environment. o Ensure an appropriate allocation of office furniture is done, making periodic and preventive maintenance checks. Fleet Management  Establish and maintain monitoring and control of all rental vehicles, fuel consumption  Reconcile weekly fuel consumption  Maintain updated individual files for all rental vehicles ensuring all required information is included and drivers  Verify all vehicle logbooks Petty Cash Management  Assist in monitoring status of expenditures, record variations, update tables and consolidate date for budget review  Prepare necessary receipt and journal vouchers  Billing staff using the WFP contracted rooms WHO/WFP Assets Management  Maintain the office inventory and ensures that all equipment are labeled according to the WFP rules and regulations.  Record any transfer of WFP property to government counterpart (on transfer of WFP property form)  Record any loan of WFP inventory items to staff members (on loan form)  Record lost, damaged or unserviceable property  Perform other related duties as required.
