Manpower Manning – Based on the approved Annual planning prepare the organization structure after taking input from plant head Adherence and effective implementation of statutory & legal rules and regulations related to The Factories Act and The CLRA Ensure resolution of Grievances through the existing mechanism and maintenance of good industrial relations and industrial peace. Framing Individual Development Plan of identified talent and take review of IDP with the department head after regular interval Handling IMS audits – ISO 9001 – 2015 Conduct Committee Meetings, draft mom and ensure effective implementation of the points raised in meeting Contract Labour Management – Sourcing of the contractor, background check, verify various registrations certificates / compliance, comparison of best quote. Entering agreement with contractor after finalizing of the rate / commercials and ensure to various statutory compliance under The Contact Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
