My name is Resham Lal Phuldel and I am a Nepali citizen with Master Degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim, India. I have done Bachelor degree in Humanities and Social Science from Tribhuvan University Nepal. However, my major subject was English in my bachelor level study as well as in Intermediate level also. I am married with my spouse and two kids.
I have ability to work with communities and in multi-cultural teams as well as willingness to work in difficult condition. Also I have a flexible attitude and can work well in team or independently, which is so vital for the organization. My knowledge and work experiences cover all required responsibilities of the position MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation, data analysis and GIS.
Presently, I am working as GIS and Data Quality Assurance Expert in USAID Knowledge-based Integrated Agriculture and Nutrition (KISAN) project in Kathmandu in Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, before joining this Project I was working as MIS Specialist in Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project Western Nepal from January 2014 to December 2015 at Pokhara. I also have worked as Management Information system/Geographical Information System (MIS/GIS) Specialist under Rural Village Water Resources Management Project (RVWRMP) jointly funded by Government of Nepal and Government of Finland since November 2006 to December 2013 in Farwest and Midwest of Nepal. Before joining RVWRMP, I was working for Centre for appropriate Technology (CATN) as an GIS Expert from January 2005 to October 2006. I worked under Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Support Programme jointly funded by Government of Nepal and the Government of Finland since 1992 (Research Assistant) to 2004 as a MIS Officer.
