Involved in Inventory management- stock taking, recording and accounting of all the inventory from the head office warehouse and from direct suppliers.  Ensure the documentation on the daily branch stock are reconciled and accurately posted into the system  Receiving /back office administration (paper flow) by confirming and verification all purchases documents and Auto invoicing  Purchase order Approval  Stock /inventory control by checking on the variances and adjusting on the same  Equipment maintenance by keeping up-to-date equipment schedule and servicing records  Routinely reporting and recommending to the inventory management on the improved ways to manage and ease the flow of Inventory  Working closely with suppliers to ensure that at no time we run out of stock  Keeping a daily track record of all the stock which been received to ease the payment to the suppliers.  Daily and monthly reporting on the Inventory challenges and way forward  Ensure All outright purchases are properly process from the time of Local Purchase Order or requisition  Ensure all the goods received have a valid LPO and Invoices.  Making all the stock adjustments  Compilation, verification and configuration of the data using Microsoft NAV System.  Provision of Inventory Shrinkage Reports.
