1. Distributor Relation Duties:
-Liaising with Regional distributor Director on daily basis regarding distributors matters
-Ensuring bonus commission are paid on time and in charge of month end procedures
-Supervising the Order processors schedules and work- stations
-Checking of Distributors queries & assisting to respond/troubleshoot
-Mantain a contact line with Regional/International DR Directors on daily basis
-Confirming the web queries are processed
-Distributor PIN requests: sending info/follow up &
-Obtaining the new incentives info & conveying the same to staff & distributors
-Confirming all Order process reports are accurate and mailed – month end
- Confirming all warehouse report are sent before month end
- Prepare all Month end – Team Talk notices
-Communicate with HO on all DC happenings –
- Allocate sitting arrangements in the DC and per diem allocation
2. Human Resources Duties:
-Maintaining the attendance/Payroll Register
-Developing and maintaining staff training schedules
-Coordinating all staff committee in Country
-Initiating the hiring process
-Recommending disciplinary actions
-Appraising/ Co-ordinating the appraisal exercise in Country
-Liaising with medical providers and maintaining staff medical
3. Sales Duties:
-Assign and co-ordinate the marketing function in Country
-Responsible for organizing company’s events in liaison with Regional Sales Director
- Ensuring all events are booked in good time
- Making travel arrangements for Company’s meetings guests speakers and accommodation
4. Operation Duties:
-Updating HQ Executives on KPI on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis
-Maintaining a list of Fixed Assets and specially equipment
-Co-ordinate the movement and maintenance of all DC equipment and furniture
-Overseeing warehouse operations- Stock movements and control, maintenance and repairs
-Responsible for Logistics/Clearing and products registration
-Ensuring suppliers are paid in good time
-Maintaining effective communications with World Team members
-Chairing the Procurement Committee
-Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate
-Ensuring the vetting process of suppliers is above board
-Track and report key functional metrics to reduce
expenses and improve effectiveness
-Control spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Contract management and negotiation
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
-Handling queries relating to orders, which includes short deliveries, short payments or and over payments
-Recording all queries on a query handling and following form through to the completion.
-Filling in product complaint forms and changing orders from collect to delivery or vice versa.
-Processing orders and applications and sorting out bonus cheques.
-Following up unidentified deposits slips, reconciling daily payments and submit report to the account department
-Processing all warehouse requisitions and staff orders.
-Attending to all telephone and counter queries as they come along.
-Processing new membership application and or renew the existing membership.
-To make sure all daily orders, paper works, and reports been processed before end of the day.
-Assisting with events planning whenever needed for sales team meetings, expositions and training events
Duties & Responsibilities
-Undertaking front office duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests to ensure the best customer service is experienced.
-Dealing with guest’s requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay
-Assisting in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner,
providing and or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
-To ensure accurate and efficient accounts and guests billing processes.
-Undertaking all other general office duties, including correspondence, emails, w and
switchboard, to ensure smooth running of the front office
-Administrating all route of reservations to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately
-Ensuring that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently
