We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - 1 VACANCY

Education: Diploma

Employment: Full-Time

Requirements: >Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Front Desk Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Banking or related discipline >At least two years' relevant experience in a reputable institution >Possession of strong inter-personal and multi-tasking skills . > Possession of good computer skills and familiarity with call centers.

Key Responsibility

• Manage the Front Desk of the bank. • Receive and direct visitors to appropriate offices. • Receive and register incoming mail and correspondences • Manage and coordinate telephone calls to and from the bank's head office . • Ensure that all bank customers get efficient and timely services. :.. • Advise customers on bank products and procedures, particularly those related to credit applications .Handle all customer inquiries related to the bank's services
