We are looking for FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER- 1 POST

Education: Bachelor

Employment: Full-Time

Requirements: Minimum university degree in accounts obtained from a reputable college • Experience of not less than 3 years from a reputable filiancia1 institution • Commercial and business awareness, excellent communication and presentation skills, an analytical approach to work. Problem solving skills and initiative, creative, ability to balance the demands of work with srudy commitments, good time management skills and the ability to prioritize, to build wotl.-ing relationships and the capacity to make quick but rational decisions

Key Responsibility

• Provide, interpret and maintain existing financial systems. • Provide management and board with full monthly and quarterly reports • Liaising with auditors lo ensure annual monitoring is carried out • Monitoring and inrerprcting cash flows and predicting the future trend • Formulating strategies and long term business plans • Developing financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risks • Conducting reviews and evafuations for cost reduction opportunities • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines • Proper record keeping of donor funds
