We are looking for OFFICER- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & EVENTS MANAGEMENT – KRA 3
A Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Economics, Mass
Communications, Media Management and Marketing or related Field
COMPETENCIES & QUALITIES
Good understanding of business member organizations, government
agencies and other actors in driving engagement and results for revenue
Excellent written and oral communication
Event management and organisational skill
Attitude and aptitude to effectively work as a member of a team
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize competing work commitments and deliver on time
High levels of integrity
Supporting the unit in the execution of strategic initiatives from
conception to implementation.
Participate in and contribute to the timely delivery of assignments and
generation of reports.
Maintain accurate and up to date information on areas of engagement.
Establish and maintain a stakeholder database.
Develop and maintain an up to date stakeholder engagement and events
Attend stakeholder engagement forums, take minutes and reports.
Follow up on action points agreed on during engagement forums.
Providing backup and support in developing and updating a list of
relevant stakeholder events and diaries them to optimize on the
Ensure communications materials are produced and delivered on time
Provide day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of stakeholder
Other task and duties as assigned.
