Requirements: i. An officer must have satisfactorily served in the grade of clerk assistant 111 or equivalent position in either the public or private sector for at least three (3) years. ii. Bachelor's degree in law, political science or any other social sciences from a recognized university; and, iii. Have shown merit and ability in work performance and results. iv. Experience in managing and serving Boards will be an added advantage. v. Attended a middle management level course from a recognized institution.
