Requirements: Have a degree in a relevant discipline or Diploma in JoumalismfMass Communication OR A Higher National Diploma In Secretarial Studies (KNEC) with Typing Ill (50 w.p.m)fComputerized Document Processing Ill, Shorthand 111(100/110 w.p.m)/Audio-typing Ill and Business English/ Communications II from KNEC. ii. Three (3) years relevant experience. iii. Demonstrable knowledge of the working of hansard reporting and legislative proceedings and committee systems. iv. Have proficiency in the use of basic computer applications.
