Requirements: A masters degree in development studies, project management or relevant field At least five (5) years' overseas experience with significant programme management and emergency preparedness and response experience. Experience in working through local partners and capacity building approaches, designing and implementing M&E systems and financial management and systems such as HR, administration and logistics Knowledge of latest theories and best practice in the field of development and humanitarian work with a particular focus on integrated programming, resilience or disaster risk reduction (DRR)
