Provide support to the CIO and Vice President of Technology, as well as the Technology Department in meeting their departmental goals.
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and associates• Excel at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously, and following through to achieve project goals• Ability to answer a high volume of incoming calls while handling in-person inquiries from clients and associates• Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment• Flexible and hardworking with strong drive to succeed• Handle confidential matters with sensitivity and discretion• Organize staff meetings and keep up-to-date meeting minutes• Maintain calendars by scheduling meetings, conferences and teleconferences• Organize travel arrangements• Prepare and complete expense reports• Maintain conference room schedules• Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports• Assist set up of new hires as needed• Maintain stock of office supplies as needed• Update organizational charts as needed• Prioritize incoming mail and aid with shipping/handling of outgoing departmental mail and couriered items
• Must have 1-3 years of professional experience• Bachelor's Degree preferred• C-Level experience desired• Proficient oral and written skills preferred• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
