**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following: calendaring and administering meetings for a new company-wide Thought Leadership Governance Council (the Council) and for external advisor consultations; supporting the ongoing development and implementation of standard operating procedures to sustain the Council; and managing Council communications among thought leadership producers and the distributors.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:**

Senior level meeting planning and administration for a company-wide Thought Leadership Governance Council and external advisor consultations, including:

- scheduling monthly Council meetings, quarterly 1:1 meetings with Council

members, consultations with external advisors

- distributing meeting materials and following up to ensure Council members

provide input requested;

- compiling notes from relevant meetings and tracking input received; and

- filing related documentation.

-Supporting the development and implementation of new standard operating

procedures for the Council, including:

- shaping and maintenance of a SharePoint site for all Council meeting

agendas, materials, and related documentation; and

- collaborating across the organization to administer and document related risk

mitigation processes.

-New communications planning and administration, supporting Council efforts to

disseminate and promote thought leadership content effectively across the

organization.

**Minimum:**

• Bachelor's degree

• 8 plus years of administrative assistant experience

• 5 plus years of experience with Microsoft Office

• Working knowledge of SharePoint

**Preferred:**

• 10 plus years of administrative assistant experience

• Experience in financial services/retirement planning industry

• Knowledge of TIAA company divisions and leaders
