We are looking for PROGRAM OFFICERS-CARE & TREATMENT (2 POSITIONS)
Registered Clinical Officer with 2 years’ experience in HIV Programming
Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in TOT
Good Computer usage skills
Support establishment and maintenance of Care and Treatment services in supported sites.
Identify and document best practices during implementation of Care and treatment for replication in other sites within the project.
Identify knowledge gaps, provide clinical mentorship and OJT for staff providing Care and treatment in all supported sites.
Planning for and implementation of adult and pediatric HIV care and treatment services in supported facilities
Planning and implementation of TB/HIV collaborative activities in facilities
Facility based clinical systems mentorship
Supporting continuous quality improvement through the KQMH strategy
Strengthening adherence and psychosocial support to clients
Strengthening of Positive Health, Dignity and prevention (PHDP) messages and services to HIV positive clients and their families
Strengthen linkages between testing points and care clinics in all project supported sites.
Ensure availability of all commodities and materials including data tools and IEC materials in all supported sites.
Work with M&E to ensure accurate data collection.
Participate in care and treatment stakeholder meetings.
Planning, budgeting and accounting for resources as per LVCT Health guidelines
Reporting-generate regular, accurate and timely Care and treatment data and narrative reports for purposes of informing the program and management
