### Summary

As an Administrative Officer, you will provide, or secure from
Central Office or Regional servicing offices, resources (financial
and personnel) and management services (telephone, mail, Xerox,
administrative equipment, data processing).

**Location of Position:** General Services Administration, Public
Building Services, San Diego Field Office, San Diego, CA.

We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may
be filled as needed.

### Responsibilities

- Acts as the liason person between SC and the Executive Program
Management Staff (9PA), HR, CPC and payroll Office in Kansas
City concerning employee's personnel action, leave and other
payroll matters.
- Serves as the Administrative Officer. Implements methods,
procedures, and provides direction to field office employees.
Reviews resources available and identifies the services or
resources needed. Consults with the Senior Property Manager on
field office goals and objectives and proceeds with agreed upon
administrative actions.
- Monitors use of Government wide commercial credit card to pay
for small purchases.
- Interprets and disseminates new policies, procedures and
instructions from Central and Regional administrative offices.
- Responsible for development and administration of the service
center operating budget.Provide technical guidance and
assistance to operating officials in the formulation,
coordination, and integration of budgetary and financial
management requirements.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized
experience equivalent to the GS-7 level or higher in the Federal
