DaVita's Commercial Litigation team is looking for a great administrative assistant with proven excellence in an administrative role, who is organized, detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and likes having fun. We are looking for someone who will extend the highest level of customer service to our team and to our many partners at DaVita. And we want someone who is ambitious and wants to grow with us.
+ Support four busy lawyers and three busy paralegals.
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas for standing meetings.
+ Organize documents and data for the team and individual professionals, including paper and electronic documents and litigation case files.
+ Assist with fact investigation, document collection, preparing documents for production, assisting outside counsel with our electronic billing system, administering our case-management system, legal holds, etc.
+ Arrange travel and submit expense reimbursements.
+ Edit, format, and proofread documents.
+ Organize team "fun" events, service projects, etc.

+ Proven experience supporting professionals. Law firm experience and experience supporting litigators is strongly preferred.
+ Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
+ Associates degree or higher preferred.
+ Skill with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
