Location: Cerritos, CA, USA
+ Perform a variety of administrative/clerical functions in working with an executive or supporting a department.
+ Schedule appointments, give information to callers, and prepare correspondence.
+ Compose memos, transcribe notes, research and create presentations.
+ Generate reports, handle multiple projects, prepare/monitor invoices and expense reports.
+ Utilize discretion in dealing with confidential information.
+ Able to communicate and work well with all levels of organization (i.e. middle management, customers, and suppliers).
+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Perform other work related duties and special projects as assigned.
+ 1-2 years of relevant office experience.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
+ Knowledge of departmental/organizational policies and procedures.
+ Associate's Degree with coursework in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
+ SAP general ledger experience.
