Job Description

We are looking for HR & ADMIN Officer

Bachelor

Full-Time


Degree in Accounting, Administration or Finance Experience with logistics valorised Experience in Human Resources Management welcomed Experience in staff training and capacity building Donor/contract management experience (must incl. OFDA & ECHO) and policy knowledge


Responsible for all staff flight bookings and reservation related to project implementation. Support the logistic office in purchase and procedures. Review and compute travel claims, imprest accounts, verify authenticity of the supporting documents provided and raise payments Process and make payments as instructed by finance department and ensure that proper authorization is obtained for all disbursement and proper financial documents are used Follow up on all service and supply contracts and make sure deadlines and payments are respected and that all proper documents are in place In cooperation with Project Managers and Finance Department ensure proper documentation for monthly payment of bills, contracts, tenders concerning projects Support Finance Department in undertake monthly closing procedures including reconciliation of bank and staff imprests Assist with facilitation of internal and external audit procedures as/when required Maintain an efficient, proper and transparent filing system of all documents relating to administration. Ensure effective and efficient use of FCA resources in order to minimize costs
