The Administrative Assistant III provides reception and administrative support to the Medical Surgical, Medical Family Practice, General Medical, Orthopedics/Neurology and Oncology floors by performing administrative duties, Kronos timekeeping, and managing the administrative office to provide continuity of service to the staff, physicians, patients, families, visitors and other healthcare professionals. These responsibilities require understanding of internal functioning of the Executive Department, as well as the ability to coordinate responsibilities into the overall integration of the BSA system. This position requires the ability to participate and contribute to the quality improvement processes for the department.",
