The Legal team at Nintendo is looking for an
administrative assistant who wants to work for a world-class entertainment
company that values people as its most important asset. If you are
creative, collaborative, and passionate about details, we want to hear from
you. Responsibilities include maintaining files and databases, and
administering contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong communications
skills and a collaborative working style.

** This is a CONTRACT position


+ Prepares, transmits and distributes correspondence, notices, agreements and related documents.

+ Tracks status and follows up on deliverables.

+ Establishes and maintains working and office files and databases.

+ Reports on status and responds to requests for updates.


+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Undergraduate degree, vocational certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.

+ Proficient using word processing, databases and spreadsheets (MS Word, SharePoint, and Excel preferred).

+ Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

+ Professionalism and strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
