Moka’z restaurant, a subsidiary of Island Living, situated at Les Allées Helvétia Commercial Centre, is recruiting a full time Waiter. Living in the Plaine Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with high quality and efficient service as per the restaurant's standard.
• Performs mise en place of tables and service stations.
• Ensures that all the rules and procedures concerning the billing and ordering are adhered to.

Qualifications, Profile and Experience:

• SC/HSC/BAC academic qualification.
• Work experience in the hospitality sector in a similar position would be an advantage.
• Dynamic, motivated with good administration skills, coupled with a high level of integrity.
• Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Able to work on a shift system, on irregular hours, on Weekends and Public Holidays. Normally do not work on Sundays and on Night Shifts.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Living in the Plaines Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.
