.Supporting MUAC screening/rescreening of children and PLWs referred from communities for admission to the programme ensuring the protocol for admission is strictly adhered to. .Supporting/ facilitating health and nutrition education and promotion activities/discussions with OTP/TSFP and OPD beneficiaries and caretakers at all health facilities. •Supporting health facility staff with routine OPD activities (consultation, prescription, testing, referral etc) to ensure quality is adhered to and the proper medical procedures are being followed in providing health and nutrition services to beneficiaries. •Encouraging and supporting integration of OTP into the routine OPD and other health facility activities through supporting and encouraging health facility staff to attend to children and PLWs that come to the facility on days that are not for OTP to get services just like any other patients that come that day other than asking them to return on specific OTP days. •Ensuring EPI activities are being provided routinely in integrated manner with ANC clinic and nutrition activities by providing support in the organising and supervision of such activities •Mainstreaming gender equality, HIV, TB prevention and personal/household hygiene in all Health and Nutrition education programme facilitators at facility level even for facility staff as well. •Supporting trainings of community and volunteers when call upon this may be at community level or Training of Trainers organized for capacity building

•Facilitating monthly planning and review meetings for health and nutrition activities are taking place at facility level with all stakeholders that have be involved like the BCHs, VHCs Community Facilitators and facility staff. Action points shared between the facility support and community outreach teams for implementation. •Ensuring all your assigned health facilities have accurate tools for recording of the required health and nutrition data in line with programme indicators and GOSS guidelines. •Training health Facility staff on the use of HMIS monthly reporting tools including MUAC screening, forms for under five, PLW, referrals forms and defaulter tracing tools etc. •Taking lead on ensuring children and women are screened, admitted, treated, discharged according to the national protocols and standard procedures •Supporting the medical assessment of all patients both health and nutrition in line with the national treatment protocols, randomly conducting exit interviews to verify that beneficiaries received the treatment as per protocols •Supporting and monitoring, record keeping, ensuring quality routine data gathering for the DHIS and internal monthly reporting, monthly donor reports and pharmaceutical reports. •Ensuring weekly health facility surveillance reporting is taking place as required. This will include weekly collection of reports, sharing these reports with the CHD and making follow up on facilities not regularly submitting their reports and supporting them in addressing any identified challenges.
