**Senior Administrative Assistant:**
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide advanced administrative support for up to four Global Brand senior leaders, freeing them from routine administrative tasks. The Senior Administrative Assistant will serve as gatekeeper and perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings. This role works in close liaison with other senior business leaders, internal and external clients and business partners, requiring a professional demeanor and impeccable discretion and integrity. The selected candidate will possess proven ability to work proactively and effectively in a dynamic environment.
+ You will support and assist multiple assigned senior leaders with daily clerical tasks
+ You will coordinate calendars, schedule appointments and plan meetings - coordinate and confirm meeting attendees; initiate conference calls and online presentations
+ Greet and direct visitors, both internal and external
+ Manage incoming phone calls, directing to the appropriate individual as necessary
+ Arrange travel following company guidelines and prepare and process expenses in Concur
+ Compose and proof correspondence
+ Maintain file and storage systems
+ Maintain work plans and schedules for assigned projects - Gather and verify metrics, as well as proofread content for reports, correspondence, presentation decks and handouts
+ Manage and maintain confidential/sensitive information and matters in a
+ Coordinate meeting details including scheduling rooms/locations; food and beverage arrangements; coordinating logistics including place cards and name tags, collateral dissemination, and A/V setup; and greeting and directing attendees
+ Manage purchase requests and facilities service requests on behalf of supported leaders
+ Onboard new-hires including procurement of laptop and mobile phone equipment
+ Work experience as a senior administrative assistant in large company setting
+ Experience supporting / assisting high-level leaders
+ Proven proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Ability to maintain Outlook calendars of multiple senior leaders according to individual personal styles and across multiple time zones
+ Exhibits general business insight as well as detailed planning and exercising analytical skills
+ Ability to establish and sustain excellent working relationships with assigned senior leaders as well as with personnel across the enterprise at all organizational levels

**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related area
+ 5-10 years of administrative support experience, at least 3 of which were supporting VP/SVP level or higher.
+ Administrative support experience in a Sales, Marketing or Product Management organization
+ Executive administrative experience with a Fortune 500 company
+ Position is located in Alpharetta, GA requiring onsite presence 5 days a week during normal daily business hours
+ Occasional overtime
+ Limited domestic travel (Less than 5%)
