We are looking for Scope Registration Officer

Bachelor

Full-Time


Bachelor of Information Technology, Records Management and/or equivalent experience in data management Minimum 2 year experience in the Database Management Good skills and ability to run and operate database systems Strong and better communication of written and verbal of English language At least 2 year experience working with NGOs and/or other international agencies Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge and experience in human rights programming is desired. Fluent in written and spoken English and Somali


Supervise the scope registration assistant in the collection of bio-data of the clients and ensuring that it is properly recorded through the offline and the online system Provide guidance on the best way to collect clients/beneficiaries information related to movement of IDPs and update Emergency and Data management Officer Put the system in place and deploy staff at the reception center for receiving and guiding the returnees on issues related to registration on SCOPE In case of any other emergency, be the focal persons who will be able to mobilize resources and technical assistance for assessment and possible response of the sector activities Ensure implementation of statistic and data analysis remain up-to date and available as required. Conduct staff capacity building training related to the implementation of the registration activities. Develop work plan and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the sectors activities. Perform any other responsibilities deemed appropriate by the line manager Contribute systems for documenting feedback received and maintain clear records, acknowledging receipts of feedback including complaints.
