. A Tanzanian male or Female aged between 25 - 40 years.
• Holder of Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture, or diploma in Rural Psychology.
• Demonstrable success in achieving behaviour change amongst smallholder farmers

To provide technical backup on agronomic aspects to farmers in respect of tea growing areas
-o work with farmers to ensure that strict quality control particularly on plucking and handling of the green leaf is

To participate in the establishment and supervision of demonstration plots which will be used to showcase Best Practice
and to train farmers on good tea management practices.
To collect and compile pre-season information regarding to demand for inputs from farmers in his/her mandated area.
To assist the Extension Services Manager with the supervision of distribution of inputs to farmers and subsequently
supervise its use ·
To supervise in collaboration with Village tea committees and transport department the weighing and correct recording
of the Green leaf delivered by farmers.
• To assist farmers to adopt and implement sustainable agriculture systems and comply with Rainforest Alliance
