**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Work as an Executive Administrative Assistant working collaboratively with the management team and platform operations, contributing to defining success, and growing HealthSuite in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.

**You are responsible for**

Providing administrative support to leader(s) in Philips HealthSuite. Activities will include, but not limited to:

+ Managing complex and frequently changing domestic and international meetings and travels, preparation of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, expense reports and coordination of visitor and candidate schedules.

+ Providing additional administrative support including, but not limited to: maintaining department lists/contact sheets, tracking vacations/absences/travel itineraries, processing technical documents and memberships, preparing purchase requisitions, purchasing office supplies and project items as well as coordinating mail/Fed-ex/fax requests, with particular attention to administrative support for staff at remote sites

+ Triaging and prioritizing department needs while maintaining a high level of engagement with all involved.

+ Scheduling and coordinating department and project meetings and offsite meetings/activities as needed.

+ Team up with other assistants in site-related activities; work closely with and cover for other assistants (as needed)

Philips HealthSuite digital platform team is the center for first time right cloud expertise and regulatory compliant cloud infrastructure and platform as a service. HSDP allows Philips partners the cloud expertise and capabilities to connect devices, collect electronic health data, aggregate and store data securely, analyze data and create solutions on the cloud.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ 5+ years of related experience supporting executive staff

+ Able to prioritize multiple projects and job responsibilities with competing deadlines (organizational/time management skills)

+ Experience working in a large, global company strongly preferred; ability to deal with different time zones, currencies, work practices and schedules, and cultural differences

+ Able to perform a variety of job tasks simultaneously, and flexible to changing priorities and demands

+ Strong workload management and problem-solving skills. Must be able to balance workload, including short-range issues and long term planning.

+ Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, e.g. technical, business, administration.

+ Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web tools. Ability to learn new tools

+ Bachelor Degree preferred
