Requirements
•    MB BS or equivalent primary medical qualification.
•    Post graduate studies in epidemiology, clinical trials or related subject or at least three years of clinical trial experience with proven capacity to
effectively take on different aspects of a Clinical Trial.
•    At least 4 years of experience in clinical research.
•    Previous work on clinical trials with drugs or vaccines conducted following ICH-GCP requirements.
•    Practical experience of health research in developing countries.
•    Experience of staff management.
•    Excellent written and spoken English.
•    Commitment to working in a multi-disciplinary team.
•    Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
•    A flexible and well-organized approach to work and an ability to meet deadlines.
