Provide constant and timely monitoring and analysis of the operating environment, suggesting quick readjustments of the programming activities.
Conduct regular and frequent visits to the selected districts in the Federal Member States(FMS)to review operations, supervise the monitoring and to allow
for a proper overview of all training activities.
With the help of M&E Manager steer the development of the project monitoring and evaluation framework and ensuring that M&E Plans are developed and
closely followed up with the consortium partners.
Ensure data are collected, analyzed and presented for decision making and program learning.
With the guidance and supervision of M&E Manager establish an accountability system that includes a feedback/complaint response mechanism; a
mechanism for sharing program information with beneficiaries and beneficiaries’ participation system that is in line with FCA complaint response mechanism
policies and guidelines.
Ensure active participation of all the consortium partners, IRAs and all the stakeholders of the project in the project monitoring and evaluation system.
Work with M&E Manager to ensure disseminations of lessons and best practice in the state building and peace building goals and recognition of the results
of the project with IRAs.
