Requirements
Advanced university degree in Communication, Nutrition, Public Health
or related field, with experience in strategic communication, nutrition
policy and strategy development in the context of developing countries.
Work Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in Communication, Nutrition
and/or Public health field,
Sound experience in reviewing and drafting policy brief or similar
documents (proofs of work will be requested)

Responsibilities
Provide enough background for the reader to understand the nutrition
situation and main issues.
Convince the reader that malnutrition problem in Rwanda must be
addressed urgently.
Provide information about feasible strategies to improve nutrition status
of Rwandan population according with the mandate of the sector
ministry or Districts.
Stimulate the reader to take action in order to implement the NFNSP
and NFNP.
