Responsibilities
–    Support the Board in the development and implementation of policies for effective management of Investment in the country.
–    Spearhead the strategic planning processes and ensure a strategic focus towards the attainment of the organisation’s mandate.
–    Ensuring timely development of the Authority’s strategic plans, annual work plans and budgets for approval by the Board.
–    Spearhead the mobilisation of the necessary resources for the organisation’s programs and ensure effective utilisation.
–    Overseeing the fiscal activities of the Authority including budgeting, reporting and audit
–    Provide direction in establishing a sound human resources strategy that builds and assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports
quality and motivated performance work teams.
–    Provide clear leadership and promoting and fostering a high team performance culture in the organisation
–    Working with the Board to ensure adequate financing from Government and other sources to support short- and long-term goals of the Authority.
– Monitoring, evaluation and    reporting institutional performance to the Board in a timely manner.
