The ideal candidate should have a Masters' degree in Human Resources Management,

providing technical assistance to government agencies in developing and strengthening
Human Resources for Health in Tanzania, experience with elaboration and implementation
of HR policies and guiding documents ..
Ensure smooth operationalization of the 2014-2019 Human Resources for Health and
Social Welfare Strategic Plan
• Ensure the development and approval of a Task Sharing PoUcy Guideline Operational
• Develop a monitoring system to track implementation of respective HRH policy
• Ensure that all components of the Tanzania Task Sharing Policy Guideline Operational
Plan are implemented
• Establish a certification-based continuous professional development system for HCW
practicing task sharing to update competencies focused on HIV/AIDS services delivery
based on certification guidelines
• Build capacity of Health Training Institutions and ·universities to increase the use of TllS
• Build capacity of regional and district HR cadres to increase the use of HRHIS and tools
for Optimization and prioritization of allocatioo o~HRH
• P-articipate in the HRH technical working group and other information sharing/technical
