Responsibilities
The Governance Specialist provides USAID/Uganda’s Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DRG) Office and the Mission technical leadership,
program management, and program implementation support related to local government, decentralization, accountability, civil society strengthening, and
the integration of DRG objectives and principles across the Mission’s portfolio. Support existing activities such as the Governance, Accountability,
Participation, and Performance Program (GAPP) by working with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to ensure administrative and technical
oversight.
