Lead, facilitate and provide technical assistance for the implementation of the Project, taking
responsibility for overall performance and delivery of outputs and activity results as per the project
document and/or Project Board decisions. This includes leading programme planning, budgeting,
implementation, procurement, human resources, finance and administrative functions. It is critical to
consult and seek the guidance of the Secretary General of Parliament on content-related issues;

Analyze and identify any issue that requires the attention of the Parliamentary leadership and/or UNDP,
and prepare succinct reports for discussion;
Prepare terms of reference for support activities, and ensure the efficient implementation of activities
and achievement of the expected results;
