Completion of secondary education preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in administrative or

Provides the required technical assistance and data entrance for SAP and acts as an alternate office
focal point for GSSC related transaction (data entry and follow in via "my case" system) in the area of
finance and Human Resources.
Creates and escalates service calls, follows up and updates the status as required. Follows up with
Regional Office (RO) and NY Headquarters (NYHQ) on the technical issues and outstanding service
calls related to SAP/VISION system.
Supports finance unit in reviewing liquidations submitted by programme Implementing Partners
(checking for financial and administrative supporting documentation - this review will be done in
accordance with training to be provided by Finance Assistant in line with UNICEF rules and regulations.
Assists in filing, archiving and disposal of operations (finance, HR, administrative and supply) related
Digitization of office staff files as part of office electronic OSF (official status files) digitization project.
Conducts assurance checks and implements additional requirements and next steps for full
implementation of utilization of HR e-filing in Tajikistan.
Prepares manual bank transfer memos and cheque and collects signatures from the paying officers.
Acts as back up for office budget monitoring. Assist in preparation of routine budget implementation,
administrative and financial reports.
Performs any additional assignments as requested by supervisor
