The Leadership and Talent Development Specialist I is primarily responsible for the support, evaluation, and coordination of communication, sustainment, evaluation of signature programs and other duties as assigned. The position will interact with all levels throughout the CSC, CFC and Field Sales operations.


+ Provide overall administrative and logistical support such as preparing correspondence, forms, spreadsheets and reports, arranging 1:1 meeting with program participants, process reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, compiling learning and organizational development materials and project plans.

+ Oversight over signature program portals (Covey, Blanchard) for Emerging Leaders, FOLO, Mentoring and Leading Across the Business to ensure task completion, reminders and reporting is provided to Program Managers.

+ Coordinates and supports New Associate Orientation to include co-leading as necessary.

+ Monitor monthly expenses, seeks quotes, process invoices,

+ Support the execution of MSC University by managing and reporting of no-shows and cancellations.

+ Work closely with L&TD Sr. Manager to support the logistics and administrative duties of Executive Coaches assignments, documentation of engagement and sustainment.

+ Work closely with L&TD Sr. Manager to support the logistics and administrative duties of BCL deployment across the organization.

+ Work closely with L&TD Sr. Manager to support with administrative duties around Talent, Performance and Engagement.

+ Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing updates to Sr. Manager L & TD and Director of L&OD

+ Maintain calendar of events, manage registration, gain feedback and tracking participation/engagement metrics

+ Assist in developing trainings and materials

+ Demonstrates the skills necessary to make sound recommendations and effectively handle diverse and complex problems.

+ Work closely with team to create effective communications and manage multiple projects.

+ Conduct database research, collect data and create various reports to support the timeliness, accuracy and quality of training business decisions through LMS

+ Administer Tuition Reimbursement Program to include administration, communication, evaluation, verification, and approval.

+ Helps manage special projects and perform additional duties as required.


+ Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience is required.

+ Psychology, Instructional Design or HR Management is preferred.

+ Entry Level position (0-3 years professional working experience).

+ 1-3 years data entry experience is preferred.

+ 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft applications is preferred.

+ 1-3 years administrative and/or training experience is preferred


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

+ Strong personal computer literacy and proficiency is required. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer) is preferred.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills including telephone skills and follow-through skills are required.

+ High comfort interacting with associates at all levels, through and including executives is required.

+ Willingness to learn Adobe LMS, PeopleSoft HRMS Database

+ Ability to handle numerous tasks at the same time and complete tasks is required.

+ Ability to manage their time effectively and prioritize their workload is required.

+ Ability to organize work and work independently is required.

+ Ability to quickly understand new concepts and analyze situations is required.
