Requirements
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Economics,
Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or other related fields;
Experience:
For Bachelor's degree, at least seven (7) years of relevant experience in managing development
projects especially those that are related to agriculture and land or forestry resource management. With
demonstrated experience working with LGUs, NGAs and people's organization. Experience on policy
and institutional development along the field of sustainable land management and related disciplines is
an advantage; or
For Master's degree, at least five (5) years of relevant experience in managing development projects
especially those that are related to agriculture and land or forestry resource management. With
demonstrated experience working with LGUs, NGAs and people's organization. Experience on policy
and institutional development along the field of sustainable land management and related disciplines is
an advantage.

Responsible for the overall implementation of the project;
Ensure project delivery and execution consistent with programme objectives;
