The Administrative Assistant II will be will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative tasks to keep the Global Digital team running effectively and efficiently. He/she will manage calendars, coordinate and schedule meetings and travel, complete expense reports, facilitate internal communications as needed and compile information for presentations along with specific department responsibilities. He/she will work collaboratively with the Commercial Services Organization. This individual will be supporting 1 SVP and 2 VPs.

* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*
• Provide administrative support to SVPs/VPs, including calendar management, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
• Budget/Invoice management: track estimates and invoices, verify and process department invoices and manager's expense reports
• Assist in the preparation of various meetings, presentations, reports, projects, and communications
• Process and maintain necessary filing and organization systems and department records
• Partner with and manage external suppliers, as needed
• Answer and screen incoming telephone calls and take messages as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the team, as needed
• Provide backup for admin counterparts as needed, working as a collective team
• Develop and improve administrative processes, standards, and procedures for the team and broader department
• Demonstrate holistic thinking, problem solving, and excellent attention to detail
• Communicate in a clear and concise manner both through written and verbal communication
• Effectively interact with executives, directors, managers - diverse team personalities
• Demonstrate initiative in ambiguous situations as a self-starter
• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values

• High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of previous administrative assistant experience, preferably at the executive level
• Extensive organization, project management, and detail oriented skillset
• Ability to work with multiple supervisors and balance priorities/tasks
• Ability to anticipate needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses proactive, collaborative and customer service oriented attitude
• Experience devising effective solutions in unstructured situations
• Proficiency with the Internet (search and website navigation and adeptness)
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office, and Sharepoint
• Ability and interest to learn on the fly; open to change
• Capacity to learn new software programs/tools
