Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Education with at least 4 years of proven experience in effective and efficient
management of the Kenyan education system with high quality outputs
Excellent planning. analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
Ability to motivate staff and students to perform maximally and a good team-player
Proven knowledge of Kenya Education systems and rich networks with Key MOE officials.
Superior writing skITls, including proven ability to conceive and write grant proposals and donor reports
Mastery of office software (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
Able and willing to live, work and travel in a fast-paced environment adhering to strict security guidelines
