Description: Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Construction Administrative Assistance position to work for a professional construction company headquartered in Tampa. They provide both construction and engineering services for any size/type of building. Schedule: Monday thru Friday8:00 am through 5:00 pmRate of Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 depending on experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: High stress on: bids, proposals and permits Assist with Safety Programs Schedule Training Coordination of projects with project managers and clients Inventory Control Processing W-9s Review Open County/City Permits monthly Be Point of contact for all construction field needs Project contracting, invoicing, and schedules Pulling Bonds Send out shop Drawings Travel Itineraries Track Employee Certifications Submit Start Up and Warranty Paperwork for Large Installs Submittals/Close Outs Write Vendor and Client Proposals Manage/Maintain POs/DPOs/RFIs/RFI Log Manage/Maintain Construction Project Numbers (QB, Drive, Spreadsheet)Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a construction admin assistant Experience with writing Bids, Proposals and Permits required Strong oral and written communications skills. Typing ability of 35+ wpm. Proficient of Microsoft Office Products- Word, Excel and Outlook (Testing Required)
