In this role, you will provide comprehensive executive assistance to the Vice President of Global Talent Management as well as the Vice President of Global Learning and Leadership Development (GLLD). This role is a critical linkage point between the Talent Management and Global Learning and Leadership Development Organizations as they partner closely together to execute on critical HR strategies.

**A Day in the Life**
Uses problem solving techniques, tact and discretion while managing VP calendars. Schedules meetings with every level of management including executive committee, deconflicts meetings based on priorities, and responds to meetings in a timely manner.
Follows up and tracks deadlines. Allows (protects) time to complete required deliverables.
Creates agendas, meeting materials and presentations for team operating mechanisms or key presentations
Arranges VP travel schedules, thinking of all the big and little details for smooth trips
Processes VP expenses within global expense policies
Responsible for ordering supplies and technology for broader team
Supports VP initiatives and priorities by scheduling work time, coordinate meetings, materials and catering when needed
Tracks expenses and contracts that affect budget. Compares budget plan to actual expenditures and resolves discrepancies. Participates in the AOP and budget forecasting process.
Acts as information resource on organizational policies and procedures
Collects, logs and organizes information from a variety of sources as requested
Conducts special projects as directed. Provides project support to a functional group or business process
Interacts with peers, upper management, vendors, clients and customers on a frequent basis
High School Diploma/equivalent
6+ years of related experience supporting VP level leaders who have global, dynamic and executive facing responsibilities
**Nice to Have**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to provide strong assistance to team members
Strong planning skills to anticipate needs and preserve working time as needed to meet critical deadlines
Demonstrated ability to use discretion and honor confidentiality with the information and materials accessible
Experience working in Human Resources function
