Requirements
A diploma/Advanced diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent professional qualification;
• A minimum of 2 years' experience preferably with a development agency or a non-government organization;
• Proven experience in file management, leave management, and record keeping;
• Familiarity with an expertise in HRIMS would be an advantage

Maintain all staff files
• Enter staff leave records in the system
• Keep all jubilee insurance records in staff files
• Keeping records for Employee orientation, development and training logistics
• Produce copies for all HR-department documents to be sent in Dar es salaam and give feedback to HR-Officer
• Enters, Updates employee information such as change in contacts, Allocation, increase of dependents etc
• Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment
