Working within our Digital Media segment of the business, this role that will see you build relationships with teams not only in Vilnius but internationally and will provide you with the exposure and support needed to develop your skills and experience further within a Global, progressive and innovative Organisation.

Responsibilities...

General office administration and support:

  • Regular liaison with building landlord
  • Ensure West meets Lithuanian Health and Safety regulations
  • Organisation and booking of meetings, meeting invitations, agendas and minutes
  • Filing, photocopying and maintenance of files
  • Organisation of postal requirements, papers requiring signatures, couriers and special delivery etc.
  • Keep Stockroom in good order and order stationery supplies as required
  • Collation of regular reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage staff car parking list
  • Maintain central archive records and liaise with Archive Company for storage and retrieval of documents etc.

 

Employee wellbeing and engagement:

  • Planning, organizing and executing employee engagement activities
  • Organisation of staff functions (Summer and Christmas events, etc.)
  • Establish good working relationships with team members/managers
  • Assist to communicate about Vilnius events across the global organization.

What you’ll bring…

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in office administration, employee engagement or communications role will be considered an advantage
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal including fluency in English
  • Good time management skills
  • Educated to a Degree level

  • Focused during working hours to ensure smooth running of the business at other times
