This position reports to Division Supervisor and provides administrative support for the division, gas construction operations and its team members. This position includes departmental coordination duties of varied scope and complexity. Duties often involve administrative projects and task with critical time paths.
Here is more information about specific duties and responsibilities...
+ Provide direct support to operations and leadership using sound judgment in responding and recognizing when issues need immediate attention and/or assignment. Handle non-routine and complex external and internal calls and inquiries and receive and screen visitors to operational facility.
+ Schedule and release all service lines and main work packages from Engineering to our contractors.
+ Coordinate and schedule the release of all work packages to the contractor for gas line installations.
+ Upload data to Share Point and GIS mapping systems.
+ Responsible for invoicing from customers and contractors, using SAP SES.
+ Provides technical support and expertise to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
+ Coordinates logistics for meetings that occur at the division including varying facility set up, materials, agendas and equipment. Supports weekly and monthly Safety and Operational meetings.
+ Perform additional duties and responsibilities and assist other personnel as needed.
What must you have before you can be considered...
+ Valid High School Diploma or Valid GED
+ A minimum of four (4) years of administrative support related experience in more complex roles & assignments. A college degree from an accredited institution may be considered in lieu of up to 2 years of the overall related experience.
+ Above average written and communication skills as well as strong planning and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint also required.
+ Must work well under pressure, demonstrate strong teamwork skills, and be a self-motivator that needs minimum supervision to maintain efficiency and high work standards.
+ Must use varying degrees of independence, judgment and discretion, possessing logic and common sense to solve problems

+ Associates degree or higher from regionally accredited college/university in accordance with TECO Education Policy
+ Experience in a utility type of environment
+ Knowledge and skills working with SharePoint
+ Knowledge and skills working with SAP, CRB and ERP systems.
