In this role, you will execute as a Sales Support professional in the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, projects, and team events; as well as engage as a member of the National Accounts sales support team in the support and enablement of direction from senior leadership, while working to focus the teams on aligned strategic priorities and initiatives.
+ Performs tasks supporting activities related to performance, strategy and execution to a core group of assigned sales team members serving in various roles including market directors and market managers.
+ Supporting work and activities related the execution of our sales strategies for large client global benefit programs, wellness, and employee relation goals; as well as Cigna persistency, membership growth, and earnings targets.
+ Some of the core responsibilities include: planning/coordination of events, meetings or conferences, performs scheduling, reporting and tracking information, owns the onboarding process for setting up new hires within the sales team and triage of ad hoc requests. Some additional responsibilities include editing and composing correspondence, PowerPoint documents and Excel spreadsheets
+ Coordinated development and execution of projects as assigned by Sales team
+ Assist the sales team with scheduling internal and external meetings and any necessary business travel arrangements
+ Support the Sales Team with preparations and logistics for prospect and existing client meetings
+ Partner with the Sales team to coordinate, develop and deliver client presentations
+ Manages department expenses/vendor invoices/tracking using enterprise applications.
+ Support sales team to develop and execute on client annual enrollment projects
+ Provide back-up telephone coverage support to sales team members
+ Consistently deliver high quality work within established time frames; willingly assist peers and management
+ Actively participate in staff meetings and one-on-one meetings
+ Work collaboratively with peers, management, and project teams toward solutions, and quality improvements.
+ Planning/coordination of client meetings, market events and conferences
+ Ability to demonstrate problem solving and analytical thinking.
+ Maintains tight connectivity to sales/account team members - acts in concert as an extension of the client team: professional and positive presentation, strong communication & technical skills - maintains a philosophy of partnership, collaboration, results and solutions orientation.
+ **Ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fast paced production/deadline-oriented environment.**
+ **Exceptional Excel skills, with a strong competency in pivot tables and formulas, is required**
+ **Powerful presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint knowledge.**
+ **Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative team oriented environment.**
+ Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong decision-making capacity.

+ Must be familiar with Microsoft suite of products including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
