**What You'll Do**
+ Support Directors and our engineering organization, managing administrative tasks across multiple time zones
+ Complete a broad range of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is occasionally confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
+ Plan, coordinate, and ensure schedule is followed and appropriately prioritized, keeping stakeholders well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
+ Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with time-bound pressures
+ Communicate directly, and on behalf of, the supported staff on a range of topics, as needed
+ Plan and execute meetings and team events (both local and global), and take on special projects as needed
+ Coordinate space and office organization

**Who You Are**
+ You have experience providing administrative support at Director and Senior Director levels.
+ You take initiative, can handle a full desk with ease and can turn on a dime, thriving in a busy, dynamic environment.
+ You have very strong interpersonal skills and consistently demonstrate the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
+ You are able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with exceptional written and verbal communication and administrative skills, with all levels of staff, executives, teams, customers, and vendors.
+ You have excellent organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, with keen attention to detail
+ You are resourceful; you are able to work independently or partner with others on projects, from conception to completion, and can handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and ease
**Our minimum requirements for this role:**
+ 5+ years of experience in an administrative environment, providing support to senior leaders. Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Highly organized, outstanding track record of performance, interpersonal and communication skills
+ Experience planning meetings and team events
+ Experience with travel and expense management
+ Experience coordinating space and office organization
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google applications (Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
