Bachelor’s Degree in CS/ IT
    2 Years Help Desk Support experience in a busy enterprise environment
    Business analysis and requirement gathering skills
    Good in PHP and website design
    Knowledge of Relational Databases especially SQL Server 2008/2012, Oracle 10g/11g, MySQL
    Competent in SQL
    IT security policies
    Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
    Ability to interact with middle management/technical and non- technical staff.
    Experience of IT change processes and implementing new systems
    Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite applications
