About Company: Save the Children has been operational in Kenya since the 1950s, providing support to children through developmental and humanitarian relief programmes delivered both directly and through local partners. Current programming focuses on child protection, child rights governance, education, health, HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, nutrition and WASH. In 2012, as part of a global reorganization process, Save the Children combined the programmes of SC UK, SC Canada and SC Finland to create a single operation in Kenya. Requirements

Responsibilities
§  Help the HR/Admin office r in Hotel  & venue bookings
§  Help with staff flight requests
§  Process monthly bills for payment to finance
§  Updates the travel board for movement of staff and send updates Admin/ HR officer on weekly basis.
§  Manage the reception of visitors to the office and deal  wit h their requirements  and  maintain a logbook of  all visitors and purpose for their visits
§  Liaise with the Office  cleaner to ensure that t he off ice is maintain ed in  a clean and tidyst at e at  all times.
§  Perform other related tasks as requested by his/her immediate supervisor.
§  Make accommodation arrangements for staff at recommended Hotel s and guest houses.
