1. A Diploma Holder from any recognized institution
2. A candidate should be proficient in both English and Swahili language
and should have strong customer care skills;
1. To receive and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences to
and from the office of the Embassy.
2. To act as a supervisor in ensuring that the Chancery is clean and well

4. Receive and handle all official telephone calls to the Employer's offices.
5. Direct all telephone calls and emails to the relevant officers of the

assistance to all persons visiting the Employer's offices.
8. Handle all front office matters.
9. Undertake such duties and exercise such powers in relation to the
Employer as shall from time to time be assigned to or vested in her.
10. In the discharge of such duties and in the exercise of such powers
observe and comply with all instructions and directives from time to
time made or given or issued by the Employer.
11. Devote the whole of her time and attention during the working hours
to the discharge of her duties above.
12. Conform to such hours of work as may from time to time reasonably be
required of her.
13. Observe and conform to' the rules, procedures and regulations as
contained in the Office Procedures and Guidelines Manual.
14. In pursuance of her duties hereunder perform such services for
Employer as the Employer may reasonably require.
