Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Catering and Hotel Management or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
    •    Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
    •    Knowledge of strategic planning
    •    Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures. At least 3 (three) years working experience in a busy and reputable Hotel
    •    Should be Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point etcetera)
    •    Should have high moral character and proven integrity.

Responsibilities
1.   Manage, lead and direct the Hotel Management Team and entire establishment;
    2.   Coordinate the planning (budgets), implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Hotel activities in consultation with the General Manager;
    3.   Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;
    4.   Evaluate current business processes and systems;
    5.   Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure; productivity, goal progress and activity levels to maximise growth through turnover and profit contribution;
    6.   planning work schedules for individuals and teams;
    7.   Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner;
    Manage and maintain the administration of all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy;
